Cancellation of a transaction

You have the right to cancel a purchase transaction within 14 days of the later of (1) the product supply date or (2) the disclosure delivery date as defined in Section 14C (b) of the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981 (“the Law”)

In accordance with the Law, we may demand cancellation fees from you if the cancellation is not made due to a defect or non-conformity at the lower rate of (1) 5% of the total transaction amount or (2) 100 NIS, as specified in Section 14E of the Law.

A cancellation notice shall be delivered to e-mail address info@souvefy.com. In the cancellation notice, you shall detail the Order Placement Date, Order No. and the reason for which you wish to cancel the order.

In the event of cancelling an order, not due to a defect or non-conformity, the product(s) shall be returned to us at your expense. The product(s) should be returned in the original package, together with the original invoice. It is clarified that we have exclusive discretion as to the condition and intactness of any such returned product.
